We’re hiring an Executive Sourcer to help build the next generation of senior leadership at Figma. This is a highly strategic, research-intensive role focused on identifying, mapping, and engaging exceptional executive talent.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Recruiting team and senior leaders across the business to deeply understand the market, uncover talent, and build thoughtful, long-term relationships and pipelines. This role is less about volume and more about insight, precision, and influence.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Partner with the executive recruiting team and hiring leaders to identify high caliber profiles for senior leadership roles across the entire Figma business (Director, VP, C-suite)
  • Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research across industries, competitors, and adjacent spaces
  • Translate research into actionable sourcing strategies and high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring every touchpoint to both candidates and the business reflects Figma’s values, quality, and attention to craft
  • Identify and engage passive executive talent with highly personalized, insight-driven outreach
  • Track and synthesize talent data to inform hiring decisions and calibrate search strategies
  • Continuously refine search approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of sourcing experience, with a strong focus on executive hiring
  • Deep experience in talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
  • Ability to build structured insights from ambiguous or evolving information
  • Exceptional written communication skills, especially in crafting tailored outreach to senior candidates
  • Experience with advising and influencing senior stakeholders
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
  • Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies
  • Experience supporting global searches or building international talent maps
  • Demonstrated curiosity and interest in applying AI or new technologies to recruiting and sourcing practices

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Hey, I'm Stan

Software Developer & Creator of Top Jobs Today

I'm a software developer, and over time I realized I cared mostly about roles at big tech companies - not just whatever happened to show up on LinkedIn or generic job boards. But those sources weren't enough - some roles were delayed, or never posted at all.

So I built this website to solve that. It scrapes fresh job postings directly from official company sites, figures out what kind of roles they really are, and sends them as email alerts - simple, fast, and focused.

Hope it makes your search easier too. Wishing you the best of luck - and I'm really glad you're here!
