What you'll do:

  • Drive global AI research delivery, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-time-zone research programs, managing dependencies and unblocking researchers.
  • Bridge research and product, partnering with teams to identify high-quality research outputs for productisation.
  • Ensure high-quality research operations through governance and standardised processes.
  • Support AI model development by coordinating experiments and facilitating discussions.
  • Build alignment and trust across teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and uplift others in the TPM craft.

You're probably a match if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology company.
  • Strong technical aptitude in ML, data pipelines, and model development.
  • Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
  • Proven ability to manage large programs across distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking.
