Staff Software Engineer (Frontend) – Editing Collaboration

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the technical direction for real-time collaboration features and commenting at scale
• Integrating AI into team collaboration flows
• Building shared infrastructure and frameworks
• Writing code hands-on while influencing product direction
• Making critical calls on latency, reliability, and data consistency
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring peers
• Owning system health and reducing tech debt
• Driving cross-team collaboration
