Compensation:
$280,000 - $330,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact research initiatives for foundational models in AI.
- Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize model behavior.
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready implementations.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers to integrate models into Canva’s product ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Expertise in machine learning and foundational model development, especially in generative AI.
- Experience with video synthesis and audio generation models.
- Strong publication record or evidence of research impact.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into tangible outcomes.
