Staff Research Engineer - Generative Video

This role is based in San Francisco, United States, with a full-time, onsite schedule.

Compensation:

$270,000 - $310,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Translate generative video research into scalable implementations.
• Set technical direction for generative video projects.
• Design and build training and inference pipelines.
• Drive quality improvements through experimentation.
• Mentor and uplift team members through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Experience with generative AI systems, especially in video.
• Strong knowledge of modern generative approaches.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and modern ML stacks.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and drive alignment.
