As a Staff Research Engineer, you will develop AI-powered video creation systems, collaborating with research scientists and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Translate generative video research into scalable implementations.
• Set technical direction for generative video projects.
• Design and build training and inference pipelines.
• Drive quality improvements through experimentation.
• Mentor and uplift team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in generative AI systems, especially in video.
• Strong knowledge of modern generative approaches.
• Excellent engineering fundamentals and experience with PyTorch.
