Staff Frontend Engineer, Design Experience

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, developing, deploying, and supporting an internal framework.
• Working primarily on web frontend with complex Typescript.
• Supporting partner teams on architectural direction and best practices.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and advocating for engineering needs.

You're probably a match if:

• You have commercial experience in software development, ideally with SDKs or APIs.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, and MobX.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.

About the team:

The Editing Widgets team focuses on creating a core editing framework for Canva, enabling developers to enhance design content.
