Staff Front-End Engineer - Accessibility Team

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Build AI agents for accessibility that understand component relationships and automate accessibility features.
• Develop linting, automated testing, and tooling to integrate accessibility into the coding process.
• Define systems and tooling that ensure accessibility scales with product growth.
• Collaborate across product teams to establish accessibility standards and practices.
• Stay hands-on with coding and tooling development.

• You have deep accessibility expertise and experience building accessible web products.
• You think in systems and have built tooling or testing infrastructure.
• You are fluent with AI in production and understand its application in engineering workflows.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and solutions.
• You can communicate effectively across disciplines.
• You have production experience with React and TypeScript.
