Staff Front-End Engineer - Accessibility Team

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Build AI agents that understand component relationships and automate accessibility.
• Develop linting and automated testing tools to ensure accessibility is integrated into the development process.
• Define systems that allow accessibility to scale alongside product growth.
• Collaborate with various product teams to establish accessibility standards.
• Engage in hands-on coding rather than purely architectural design.

• You have deep accessibility expertise and experience with WCAG.
• You think in systems and have built tooling or infrastructure for engineers.
• You are fluent with AI in production environments.
• You can navigate ambiguous problems and communicate effectively across disciplines.
