What you'll do:

  • Build AI agents that understand component relationships and automate accessibility.
  • Develop linting and testing infrastructure for accessibility integration.
  • Define systems that ensure accessibility scales with product growth.
  • Collaborate across product teams to establish accessibility standards.
  • Engage in hands-on coding and tooling development.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in accessibility and WCAG standards.
  • Experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and communicate effectively across disciplines.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI agents in production.
  • Contributions to open-source accessibility projects.
