What you'll do:

  • Build AI agents that understand component relationships and automate accessibility features.
  • Develop linting and testing infrastructure for accessibility.
  • Define systems and tooling to ensure accessibility scales with product growth.
  • Collaborate across product teams to establish accessibility standards.
  • Engage in hands-on coding and production-level contributions.

You're probably a match if:

  • You have deep accessibility expertise and experience building accessible web products.
  • You think in systems and have developed tooling or testing infrastructure.
  • You are fluent with AI in production.
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • You possess strong communication skills across technical and accessibility disciplines.
  • You have production experience with React and TypeScript.
