Staff Front-End Engineer - Accessibility Team

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, with a hybrid work model allowing for both remote and on-site collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Build AI agents that understand component relationships and automate accessibility features.
• Develop linting and testing infrastructure for accessibility.
• Define systems and tooling to ensure accessibility scales with product growth.
• Collaborate across product teams to establish accessibility standards.
• Engage in hands-on coding and production-level contributions.
