SOX Manager, Business Risk

This role is based in San Francisco, United States.

Compensation:

$184,000-$268,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Guide the implementation and testing of internal controls.
• Educate cross-functional teams on SOX compliance.
• Lead external audit partners and prepare updates for the SOX Steering Committee.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in SOX compliance.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription revenue companies.
• Strong communication skills and leadership mindset.
