About the Role:
You will help build and mature Canva's compliance program, guiding the company through internal controls and SOX compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of key business processes and internal controls.
- Conduct annual SOX risk assessments and partner with business leads.
- Lead external audit partners and prepare updates for committees.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in SOX compliance.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription revenue companies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
