Software Engineer - Platform Workflows (Python) - Open to remote across ANZ

Sydney, Australia (Hybrid work options available)

What you’ll do:

• Understand the needs and workflows of Canva’s infrastructure platform.
• Write tools and services to enhance platform usability.
• Consult with internal users and platform teams for alignment.
• Own existing configuration frameworks and infrastructure tools.
• Participate in planning rituals to prioritize needs.
• Work with product managers to apply a product mindset in platform engineering.

You’re probably a match if:

• 4+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS (GCP is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of computer engineering principles.
• Prior experience in platform engineering.
