SMBs Community Manager (UK)

About the Role:

Design and deliver strategies that connect small business owners with Canva, helping them discover the platform's value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s UK SMBs community.
• Organize impactful in-person and virtual events.
• Develop SMB-focused content to inspire entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Build relationships with SMB networks and institutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in community management.
• Deep understanding of the UK small business landscape.
• Experience in designing ambassador programs and grassroots campaigns.
• Strong public speaking and content creation skills.
