SMB Growth Manager, Madrid (12-Month Contract)

This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s SMB community in Spain.
• Organise impactful in-person and virtual events to drive adoption.
• Develop SMB-focused content to inspire entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Expand the Canvassador Programme and build partnerships with SMB networks.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in growing and engaging SMB audiences.
• Understanding of the Spain small business landscape.
• Ability to design and scale ambassador programmes.
• Strong experience in event planning and community management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
