Senior Technical Program Manager - Media Platform

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you’ll do:

• Drive a sustainable culture of delivery within a platform-focused engineering group.
• Influence and guide stakeholders across platform programs and reliability initiatives.
• Monitor delivery health and maintain dashboards for leadership.
• Lead incident management and reliability engineering coordination.
• Manage dependencies and assess program risks.

• You have 5+ years of TPM experience in a SaaS company.
• You possess technical depth in backend architecture and platform dependencies.
• You are familiar with reliability engineering concepts.
• You have experience in agile product development processes.
