Senior Technical Program Manager - AI Research

This role is based in Beijing, China.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and track delivery status across multiple teams and projects.
• Promote accountability towards sustainable program delivery.
• Support engineering leads in maintaining good delivery techniques.
• Manage open issues relating to program delivery and assess program risks.
• Facilitate effective team decision-making practices.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions.

You're probably a match if:

• You have a minimum of 5 years TPM experience at a SaaS company.
• You have experience in AI/LLM related domains.
• You are knowledgeable in Agile product development methodologies.
• You have experience working with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• You have a love for navigating complexity and tackling ambiguous problems.
