Senior Software Engineer - Video Performance - (Bay area only)

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and is focused on leading performance strategies for video creation.

Compensation:

$210,000 to $270,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead performance strategy across the video lifecycle, optimizing the editing experience.
• Profile and optimize C++ native engine and ML-powered pipelines.
• Design observability systems to capture performance metrics across platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance system architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with graphics APIs.
• Understanding of CPU/GPU architectures and multimedia fundamentals.
• Experience with profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.

Tech stack:

C++, GLSL/HLSL, Metal, Vulkan, WebGPU.
