Compensation:

$210,000 to $270,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance strategy across the video creation lifecycle.
  • Optimize critical paths in C++ native engine and ML-powered pipelines.
  • Design observability systems to capture performance metrics across platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve system architecture.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with graphics APIs.
  • Understanding of CPU/GPU architectures and multimedia fundamentals.
  • Experience with profiling tools to identify bottlenecks.
