Compensation:
$210,000 to $270,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead performance strategy across the video creation lifecycle.
- Optimize critical paths in C++ native engine and ML-powered pipelines.
- Design observability systems to capture performance metrics across platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve system architecture.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with graphics APIs.
- Understanding of CPU/GPU architectures and multimedia fundamentals.
- Experience with profiling tools to identify bottlenecks.
