Senior Researcher Engineer - GenAI (Design Generation)

About the Role:

As a Senior Research Engineer, you will explore generative modeling and evaluate its impact, turning research into scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate generative AI models for design use cases.
• Translate research outcomes into production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Analyze model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Contribute to technical discussions and long-term AI strategy.
• Share learnings through documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or related field; PhD is a plus.
• Experience with generative models and large language models.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.
• Skills in experimental design and data analysis.
