$220,000 - $280,000/year

About the role:

As a Senior Research Engineer, you will manage the lifecycle of critical datasets, including statistical analysis, human feedback curation, and synthetic data generation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable pipelines for processing large datasets.
• Research and develop ML models for synthetic data generation.
• Implement human evaluation workflows and analyze model performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with data processing workflows and statistical methods.
• Background in visual design or human-computer interaction is a plus.
