What you'll do:

  • Own and lead complex learning outcomes across multiple Canva products.
  • Translate content and product strategy into meaningful learning experiences.
  • Develop and iterate learning content across various formats.
  • Collaborate with Product, Platform, Ops, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Mentor other Product Educators and model best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of learning design principles.
  • Experience in shaping outcome-led education approaches.
  • Proven background in leading learning content or education programs.
  • High product fluency and strong communication skills.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience scaling learning programs globally.
  • Background in education, learning design, or edtech.
  • Experience mentoring others.
