Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Inspire & Create (AU Remote)

This role is remote-friendly within Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and ship ML-powered features for ad generation.
• Design scalable ML pipelines with platform teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers on product direction.
• Run experiments to validate assumptions and improve model effectiveness.
• Contribute to shared ML infrastructure and best practices.
• Stay updated with state-of-the-art developments in ML.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in delivering ML-powered product features.
• Deep technical expertise across the ML lifecycle.
• Experience with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and embedding-based systems.
• Strong product mindset focused on user experience.
