Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Inspire & Create (AU Remote)

This role is remote-friendly within Australia, allowing you to choose your work setup.

Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and ship ML-powered features for ad generation.
• Design scalable ML pipelines with platform teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers on product direction.
• Run experiments to validate assumptions and improve models.
• Contribute to shared ML infrastructure and best practices.
• Stay updated on state-of-the-art developments in ML.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering ML-powered product features.
• Expertise across the ML lifecycle from data wrangling to deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative AI and familiarity with GenAI platforms.
• Strong product mindset focused on user experience.
