About the Role:
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll lead the ML lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intelligent features for Brand Templates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop ranking and recommendation models for design conversion.
- Build brandification pipelines to align templates with organizational guidelines.
- Design systems for layout extraction from Canva's design format.
- Run experiments to validate model effectiveness.
- Establish ML best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ML feature development.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with NLP/NLU techniques and document understanding.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience.
