Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Enablement (AU remote)

About the Role:

This position requires deep technical expertise across ML domains combined with strong platform knowledge. The senior MLE will facilitate model evaluations, optimize inference performance, and work directly with product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a solution expert across ML domains including evaluations, training, inference, and data pipelines.
• Work alongside product teams to navigate technical challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities.
• Develop blueprints and patterns for implementation.
• Debug and resolve complex issues.
• Balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking.

Requirements:

• Strong Python expertise with experience in ML frameworks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and building data pipelines.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
