Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Enablement (AU remote)

About the Role:

This position requires deep technical expertise across ML domains combined with strong platform knowledge. Responsibilities include facilitating model evaluations, optimizing inference performance, and collaborating with product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a solution expert across ML domains including evaluations, training, inference, data pipelines, labelling, and optimisation.
• Work alongside product teams to navigate technical challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities.
• Develop blueprints and patterns for efficient implementations.
• Debug and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• Strong Python expertise with experience in ML frameworks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and building data pipelines.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
