Senior Lead Technical Program Manager (ANZ Remote)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of TPMs across the Content & Design supergroup.
• Drive a culture of sustainable delivery and accountability.
• Influence senior stakeholders on strategy and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to resolve blockers.
• Coach and develop TPMs to enhance their skills.

You're probably a match if:

• 10+ years of TPM experience in SaaS or tech organizations.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile and product development lifecycles.
