Senior Lead Technical Program Manager (ANZ Remote)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a high-performing team of TPMs across the Content & Design supergroup.
• Driving a culture of sustainable delivery and accountability.
• Influencing and guiding senior stakeholders on strategy and priorities.
• Partnering with Engineering and Product leaders to resolve blockers.
• Building clarity and accountability through planning and documentation.
• Coaching TPMs and contributing to best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of TPM experience in SaaS or tech organizations.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile and product development lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders on strategy alignment.
