Senior Frontend Engineer - Product/ Features (Remote across ANZ)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful product features.
• Enhance and scale Canva’s frontend architecture through reusable component libraries.
• Champion accessibility and performance best practices.
• Mentor peers and guide design and code reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in building complex user-facing applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of the web platform.
• Ability to take ownership of features from architecture to delivery.
• Experience in mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
