Senior Frontend Engineer - Design Systems Evolution

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Own standards, layout primitives, testing tooling, and cross-platform utilities.
• Drive large-scale technical quality improvements across the frontend ecosystem.
• Partner with product teams to identify opportunities and connect solutions.
• Share best practices through documentation and presentations.
• Support and mentor teammates.
• Contribute to hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React; expertise in CSS architecture.
• Experience with infrastructure or migration challenges at scale.
• Systems-level perspective on frontend ecosystems.
• Interest in AI tooling and its impact on design systems.
• Collaborative communicator.
