- Own standards, layout primitives, testing tooling, and cross-platform utilities.
- Drive technical quality improvements across the frontend ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities and connect solutions.
- Document best practices and mentor teammates.
- Contribute to hiring and maintain a high engineering bar.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and CSS architecture.
- Experience with infrastructure or migration challenges at scale.
- Systems-level perspective on frontend development.
- Interest in AI tooling and its impact on design systems.
- Collaborative communication skills.
