$215,000 to $329,000
Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap for a scalable video template system.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to create engineering solutions.
- Oversee the Template Authoring Mode architecture.
- Recruit and lead a specialized engineering team.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the template platform.
- Drive innovation through Generative AI integration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing engineering teams.
- Deep systems architecture expertise.
- Familiarity with video editing workflows.
- Strong focus on user experience.
- Experience in high-growth organizations.
Nice to have:
- Experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms.
- Understanding of template ecosystems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in creative products.
