Responsibilities:

  • Define the roadmap for the video template system, including a scalable Template Schema and high-performance rendering engine.
  • Collaborate with Motion Designers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers.
  • Architect and oversee the Template Authoring Mode.
  • Recruit and lead a specialized engineering team.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of the template platform.
  • Drive innovation through Generative AI integration.

Requirements:
