Senior Engineering Manager - Security Platform Engineering

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage two teams of software engineers focused on security.
• Own strategy and roadmap balancing security and developer experience.
• Coach and develop engineers with practical feedback.
• Drive adoption of security systems across engineering teams.

Required Experience:

• Experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with languages such as Golang, Java, or Rust.
• Experience in building cloud-based services.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in security domains like application sandboxing.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
