Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you’ll do:

Lead the Solutions Sub Group, overseeing Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage partnerships with external System Integrators.
• Bridge technical capabilities with enterprise partner needs.
• Guide the direction of Developer Toolkits.
• Shape strategy and influence the product roadmap.
• Coach and develop engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in engineering management within partnerships or platform contexts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Technical credibility in architecture discussions.
