Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions (AU/NZ Remote)

This role is based in Perth, WA, Australia with hybrid remote options available.

What you'll do:

Lead three teams: Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator program, ensuring alignment and quality in technical delivery and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Own the System Integrator program and manage external partnerships.
• Guide Solution Engineering and go-to-market enablement.
• Shape strategy and influence the product roadmap.
• Coach and develop engineering leaders.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in a partnerships or platform context.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Technical credibility in architecture discussions and API design.
