Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions (AU/NZ Remote)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

What you'll do:

Lead three teams: Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator program, managing partnerships and technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the System Integrator program, managing partnerships and quality standards.
• Guide Solution Engineering to support enterprise partner needs with architecture guidance and integration design.
• Direct Developer Toolkits to enhance developer experiences and documentation.
• Shape strategy and influence the product roadmap based on customer and partner feedback.
• Coach and develop engineering talent within your teams.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in partnerships or platform contexts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and context-switch effectively.
• Technical credibility in architecture discussions and API design.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with vendor management programs or enterprise solution engineering.
