What you’ll do:

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Business Solutions Engineering, you will:

• Lead Business Solutions Engineering, setting direction and priorities.
• Build partnerships with leaders across Finance, People, Legal, and GTM.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to implementation.
• Coach and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Identify reusable components and partner with AI & Automation teams.
• Pioneer AI adoption and help teams leverage automation.
• Hire and develop exceptional engineering talent.
