Senior Engineering Manager - Business Solutions Engineering

This role is based in Brisbane, Australia with a hybrid work model.

What you’d be doing in this role:

Lead Business Solutions Engineering, set direction, and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with leaders across Finance, People, Legal, and GTM.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to production-grade implementation.
• Coach and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Identify reusable components and partner with AI & Automation teams.
• Pioneer AI adoption and help teams leverage automation effectively.
• Hire and develop exceptional engineering talent.
