Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Solutions Engineering, setting direction and priorities.
- Build partnerships with Finance, People, Legal, and GTM teams.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to implementation.
- Coach and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Identify reusable components and partner with AI & Automation teams.
- Pioneer AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on software engineering background.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with system integration and APIs.
- Cloud experience (AWS and/or GCP).
- Experience applying AI/ML or automation technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
