Senior Engineering Manager (BE/ML) - Context & Personalisation

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

What you'll do:

Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of backend and machine learning engineers.

Define and deliver the strategy for Canva's centralised context platform.

Develop capabilities such as AI Memory and brand-aware AI generation.

Design scalable APIs for internal teams to build AI-powered experiences.

Drive adoption of context and personalisation capabilities across Canva's ecosystem.
