Senior Data Scientist - People Analytics (Remote across ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

What you’ll do:

• Build data foundations across People domains (performance, departures, workforce planning, payroll).
• Drive data literacy among stakeholders.
• Create insight-driven dashboards and simplify complex data.
• Partner with analytics engineers to enhance data flow.

You're probably a match if:

• You have strong SQL and data wrangling skills, familiar with Snowflake or Redshift.
• You can translate business requirements into key metrics and build dashboards using Looker or Tableau.
• You have experience with Python or R and a strong foundation in statistics.
• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
