Compensation:
USD 173,000 to USD 268,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Build the Data Foundation for LATAM, creating dashboards for key metrics.
- Define and track success metrics tailored to local market nuances.
- Act as a bridge between LATAM teams and global functions.
- Craft narratives from data to inspire action.
- Identify growth bottlenecks and support product initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
- Familiarity with Canva’s data stack (Looker, Snowflake, Mode, Netspring).
- Experience building dashboards and tracking frameworks.
- Ability to define and track key metrics across user journeys.
- Experience in LATAM markets or other global markets.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
