Compensation:

USD 173,000 to USD 268,000

Responsibilities:

  • Build the Data Foundation for LATAM, creating dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Define and implement LATAM Data Strategy, setting relevant targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure insights are shared effectively.
  • Craft narratives from data to drive action and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify growth bottlenecks and user behavior shifts.
  • Support product initiatives through data analysis and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL and data wrangling skills with experience in A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with Canva’s data stack (Looker, Snowflake, Mode, Netspring).
  • Proven experience in building dashboards and tracking frameworks.
  • Ability to define and track key metrics across user journeys.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and using data to influence decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI in data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to convey data insights effectively.
  • Experience in LATAM markets is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
