Senior Data Scientist - Affinity

This role is based in Nottingham, England, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Find insights to understand Affinity and customers.
• Run experiments to improve metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards for product teams.
• Own projects and data models in a hypergrowth environment.
• Enhance data literacy across the company.

Requirements:

• Strong competency with SQL; experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis using Python or R.
• Ability to optimize product funnels and communicate results effectively.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex topics.
