Senior Data Science Manager - Productivity

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads.
• Define and own long-term measurement strategies for productivity workflows.
• Lead complex experimentation and ensure strong decision frameworks.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists.
• Anticipate future risks and opportunities through proactive insights.

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior data leader and trusted partner to Product leadership.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Strong in experimentation and problem-solving in ambiguous spaces.
• Experience in collaboration tools, workflow automation, or AI-assisted productivity products.
