Senior Data Science Manager - Productivity

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads.
• Define and own the long-term measurement strategy for productivity workflows.
• Identify growth opportunities and set data-informed goals.
• Lead complex experimentation across multiple squads.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists.
• Generate proactive insights to anticipate future risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior data leader and thought partner to Product leadership.
• Strong skills in experimentation and problem-solving in ambiguous spaces.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Experience in collaboration tools, workflow automation, or AI-assisted productivity products.
