Senior Data Science Manager - Productivity

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads.
• Define and own long-term measurement strategies for productivity workflows.
• Identify growth opportunities and set data-informed goals.
• Lead complex experimentation and ensure decision frameworks are in place.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists.

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior data leader and thought partner.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Strong in experimentation and problem-solving.
• Experience in collaboration tools and AI-assisted productivity products.
